The winning photos of the contest, La Vida en Chapala, plus a small collection of representative photos from other participants, will be displayed at Galeria Quattro, Colon #9, Ajijic, Mexico, starting on February 26th and continuing throughout the month of March at the gallery.
The photos will be for sale at the gallery, so come join us for some refrescos, vino & botanas and pick which ones you love best!
Jill Flyer and Luis Mancera McComick co-organizers for the contest, said that they decided to include representative photos from other participants because of the over-all quality of the submissions. There were three judges, all well known photographers in this area and internationally: Maria di Paola Blum, Xill Fessenden and Rebecca Ford. Because of the high quality of work in black and white, the judges decided to make a sub-category for this work.
