Come and enjoy the photo exhibit, "A Different Perspective of Mexico", by Jill Flyer and Luis Mancera McCormick. The exhibit is comprised of Jill and Luis's unusual and non standard photos of Mexico. The photos are all shot in Mexico yet each has a unique perspective of the people, buildings and vistas of Mexico. Jill and Luis each have different styles, but each work diligently and artistically with all the available software tools, to achieve photos that many times have more in common with paintings than with standard photos.
The exhibit will be held at the Cultural Center of Ajijic (on the principal plaza of Ajijic) on Saturday, February 19th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Come take a stroll through their world while enjoying a bit of wine and snacks. The artists will be present to explain how they achieve the varied artistic adjustment techniques they use.
